The Medford Police Department and Portal To Hope hosted a Trauma Informed Care training featuring Dr. Jana Pressley and Lauren Liecau of The Foundation Trust. Speakers, also, included Mayor Breanna Lungo-Koehn, Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan, State Representative Paul Donato and Medford Police Chief Jack Buckley, who invited local business and community leaders and residents to keep connected in working with the police to help improve neighborhood safety and ensure compassionate response to people struggling through domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking crime victimization.
