Medford Mayor Breanna Lungo-Koehn and the Medford Police Department donated gift cards to Portal To Hope for families impacted by domestic violence, also struggling through the COVID-19 pandemic. The gift cards were made possible through the City and the Medford Chamber of Commerce’s COVID-19 Relief Fund. “We are so grateful to Mayor Lungo-Keohn, Chief Buckley and Detective Stanton Hurd and to the Medford Police Department with whom we have enjoyed a long-standing partnership in the cause to end domestic violence,” said Deb Fallon, Founder of Portal To Hope. “While we are all continuing to keep safe through the current pandemic, there are unique challenges facing victims of domestic violence. We appreciate the thoughtfulness of the Medford community for their help and support and advocacy for the people whom we serve.
